Under the terms of your agreement, EarthLink may change the pricing for Services after the initial service term upon not less than thirty (30) days written notice. Consistent with the terms of your agreement, EarthLink is increasing the price for services which enter into month-to-month status. The amount of increase is determined by your package of Services. To avoid the price increase associated with month-to-month Services, you may wish to contact Customer Care at 1-855-EL-CARE-1 or firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss Service Term renewal options.
